Who we are
I’m Keith Teo. I lead product at Elitez, a Singapore talent and HR group, where my job is building practical AI products for work. I also teach it: as a trainer at SMU Academy, through keynotes and workshops, and at AI Power Users, a free community that meets in person in Singapore. Hundreds of marketers, founders and operators have been through those rooms.
One BIG Guide is the version of that teaching you don’t have to wait for an event to get. Every guide here is something I have actually run: the real prompts, the real workflow, the real results.
Why the guides are free
Most AI content stops at “look what’s possible”. The gap I kept seeing, in hundreds of conversations at meetups and trainings, sits between reading about a technique and actually shipping it. So every guide here ends with the two things that close that gap: the exact prompt to copy, and a Claude skill you can install.
The reading is free, in full, with no wall. One email unlocks the prompts and skills, and that is the whole price. If the guides are genuinely useful, some of you will want the same approach applied to your own team, and that is the part we charge for.
